I was worried the shelf might wobble, but it locks securely into the grooves of our birch unit. The extra space for organizing art supplies and puzzles is a lifesaver in our classroom.

The shelf slides in effortlessly and locks firmly once positioned, so it’s really stable for holding a stack of heavy books. I’ve already added three more to my existing unit, and it’s made a huge difference in organizing all the toys and materials.
